Requirement :
Purchasing Staff
- Ensure the arrival of raw materials
- Monitoring raw materials
- Customs
documents preparation for customs clearance, documents preparation and
inquiry list preparation for purchasing contract and management, inspections
of purchasing materials and claims
- Have A driving lisence
General Requirements :
- Min. D3/S1 Engineer
(Machine), Engineer (Electrical)
- Good communication
skills and excellent command of English both written and oral
- Able to work with tight schedule
- Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
- Excellent knowledge
and skill in Purchasing, Import procedure, Monitoring Delivery, Document
Administration, Purchase Follow Up.
- High Computer proficiency
including MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook
