MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MDP)
MDP is a program designes to prepare candidates of strategy position at PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk in the future.
- Candidate must process at leat a Bachelor degree in any field (Civil, Industrial, ELectro & Telecommunication Engeneering)
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (4.00)
- Maximum age 26 years
- Fresh graduate or having maximum 1 year work experience in any field
- Have good analytical thinking and leadership
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- High motivation and initiative
- Have experience in campus or social organization
- Applicants must be willing to work in all over Indonesia
